Our Approach
- Our programs are based on the technology of Yoga and Meditation, which we had applied for 11 years, in populations of women in 14 countries throughout Latin America, Spain and China.
- The development and implementation of these programs will suit the needs, possibilities and realities of each place.
Alternatives for implementing the programs:
- Regular classes 2 times per week for an hour and a half leght.
- Weekend workshops to develop specific themes: self-esteem, identity, selfcontrol, sexuality and so on.
- Retreats and reunions with other women.
- Group dynamics.
- Yoga means union. This union comes at the practitioner as she dissolves the mental duality and inner conflict. The result of that internal unity, is the unity or sense of harmony with everything around her.
- The means to achieve this is through the unity of body and mind. As a natural result of this conscious encounter, the contact with the Self is born , deep-rooted source of identity and self-affirmation of all human beings.
How Yoga and Meditation Works on Women
- Through specific postures, we affect directly all body systems, helping their correct overall functioning. The result of this balance is a heightened vitality, which allows us to express the self-transformation and the ability to turn our values into action.
- Practice yoga and meditation changes the biochemistry of the body and brain All human consciousness is based on biochemistry. The human psyche is the expression of biochemistry. Practice makes it to change, changing how we feel, how we think, how we perceive what we experience , giving us pleasurable experiences of the Being: happiness and inner peace.
- These exercises are powerful tools to break up stagnant energy in our body and psyche, created by depressive states and/or a stressful mind. These exercises and meditations, stop and reverse states of inertia, abuse and pain. Create an internal state of acceptance, generating a continuous experience of our own power and personal radiance, improving and strengthening self-esteem, creating a healthy body image, and increasing personal power.
- Specifically, the practice of meditation produces frontal brain area stimulation, helping the development of personality, self awareness, and the gradual awakening of intuition, which is considered a superior human power, through which we transcend impulsive nature and begin to manifest the ability to understand the causes, sequence and consequence of every action we initiate. All women benefit by developing interpersonal skills, self-control capacity, patience with herself and the environment that surround her, and the ability to make decisions.
